About the Role:

As a Test Operative, you’ll be responsible for conducting metabolic health and performance tests, ensuring accurate data collection, and assisting clients in understanding their results. You’ll manage the booking calendar, maintain testing equipment, and ensure a seamless client journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct metabolic health and performance tests using state-of-the-art equipment.

• Manage the booking calendar and ensure efficient scheduling of client appointments.

• Provide clear instructions to clients and create a welcoming environment.

• Ensure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated to high standards.

• Deliver basic feedback and liaise with the team for in-depth result analysis.
